You’ll be guided through a short breathwork and meditation followed by an immersive sound journey designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. I will be playing crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and gongs.
This experience is beginner-friendly, so no prior experience is needed. Please, bring a mat/ blanket (or whatever else you need to feel cozy), and I will guide the rest.
