For more than 15 years, I’ve been exploring the ways sound, art, and meditation can heal. My journey began with music and expanded into sound healing after experiencing how deeply vibration and silence can shift the nervous system.
Today, I guide sound baths for groups, individuals, and companies—helping people move from tension and distraction into peace and clarity.

What is sound healing?
A sound bath or sound healing is an immersive, meditative practice where sound waves and vibrations from instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs wash over participants. By lying down and simply listening, attendees can achieve a state of deep relaxation that helps reduce stress and promotes better sleep, mood, and overall emotional balance.
