The PRISM Reset Method
A structured, nervous-system–informed framework for deep regulation, clarity, and lasting change - not temporary relief.
PRISM is the foundation behind all my 1:1 sessions, group experiences, and multi-session work.
It was created for high-achieving women who appear successful on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected on the inside.
This is not mindset work.
This is not surface-level self-care.
PRISM is a body-first process that works with your nervous system - so change actually lasts.
Why most stress solutions stop working
If you’ve tried rest, time off, meditation apps, therapy, or self-care routines - and the calm never quite lasts - there’s a reason.
Most approaches focus on insight, behavior, or mindset, while the nervous system remains stuck in survival mode.
When your system is chronically dysregulated:
rest doesn’t feel restorative
thinking differently doesn’t change how your body responds

and even “good” days feel fragile
This is not a personal failure.

Creating safety and grounding so the body knows it’s supported.
R — Regulation
Breath-led shifts that calm overwhelm and create steadiness.
I — Imagery
Guided visualization once the nervous system is settled.
S — Somatic Processing
Sound or expression to release stored tension safely..
M — Meaning & Mapping
Integration so the body recognizes change and can maintain it.
Why sequence matters
Somatic work without safety can feel overwhelming.
Insight without regulation rarely lasts.
Catharsis without integration can leave you more dysregulated than before.
