PRISM Reset: Release & Restore is a deeply restorative experience combining gentle breathwork, immersive sound and halotherapy to help you step out of the constant mental noise and into a calmer, more grounded state.

You’ll be guided through breathwork to settle in and reconnect with your body, followed by an immersive sound experience with crystal singing bowls, gong and other therapeutic instruments — all while relaxing in Spa Haven’s halotherapy space.

There’s nothing to achieve and nothing you need to be good at. Just come as you are, lie down, breathe, and let yourself receive.
