How I Went From Corporate Burnout to Healing Through Sound, Art, and Creative Meditation.

And Why I Now Help Women Reset Their Minds, Nervous Systems, and Sense of Self Through Sound

For years, I lived inside a version of success that looked great on paper but felt heavy in my body.

I worked as a manager in a corporate environment — long days, constant deadlines, and the pressure to always perform. I was “on” all the time. My nervous system was in overdrive. Even when I wasn’t working, my mind was still running. I stopped recognizing myself in that version of life. I felt flat, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my creativity, my intuition, and even my own body.

Like so many high-achieving women, I thought burnout was normal.
I thought it meant I just needed to push harder.

But my body said otherwise.

When I Found My First Real Pause

My healing didn’t start with sound bowls.
It started with movement.

I’ve been a rock climber for over 18 years, and climbing was the first place where my mind finally, finally went quiet. The movement, the focus, the trust — it became a meditation long before I understood what meditation even meant. Rock climbing taught me something profound:

Your nervous system knows how to regulate itself when you give it a safe, present, embodied experience.

Climbing was my doorway into that awareness.

But I wanted more.

I wanted healing not just for my body — but for my heart, my creativity, my emotions, and my spirit.

The Moment Everything Shifted

During one of the most stressful periods of my corporate life, I learned about art therapy, and I thought that it sounded amazing! I signed up for a course, and a few months later, I received an art therapy certification.

Color, movement, texture — all of it created a type of calm I didn’t know I was missing. It taught me patience and forgiveness, but most importantly, I became closer to my true self.

From there, I found sound healing, and everything made sense.
As someone who grew up around music (I graduated musical school when I was 14) and vibration, I instantly felt the depth and intelligence that sound carries:

  • It regulates the nervous system

  • It softens emotional heaviness

  • It creates clarity and mental openness

  • It reconnects you to yourself without forcing anything

And most importantly — it creates a multi-sensory experience that helps women shift from overwhelm into grounded presence.

Sound felt like home.
And I wanted to share it.

Next is breathwork. Breath is life, and I’ve been using breath in my sessions already, but I wanted to go deeper, so I can be an expert. I want to learn different breathing techniques, so I can tailor my sessions to my clients’ needs. Very soon I will become a certified breathwork practitioner!

The Work I Do Now

Today, I guide multi-sensory, creative healing experiences for women who feel exactly what I once felt:

✔ emotionally drained
✔ mentally overloaded
✔ disconnected from themselves
✔ stretched thin between responsibilities
✔ craving peace, softness, clarity, and inner stability

But what I offer is not “just” a sound bath.

My sessions blend nervous-system regulation, breathwork, guided meditation, and therapeutic sound — all designed to help busy minds slow down, soften, and reconnect with their inner self.

Why I Do This Work

Because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and still show up for everyone.
Because I know how heavy burnout can feel in the body.
Because I know how disorienting it is to lose your creativity and sense of self.
And because I know how powerful it is when you finally come home to your own energy.

My purpose is simple:

To help women create an internal space they can trust — a calm, grounded reset they can return to again and again.

Your Next Step

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, emotionally overloaded, or disconnected from yourself, know this:

You don’t need to power through it.

Your body already knows how to heal — it just needs the right experience, the right environment, and the right support.

And that’s what I’m here for.
